By booking and using our services, the client agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are established to ensure the safety, comfort, and high-quality experience of all passengers and to protect the condition of our vehicles and equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these conditions are violated.
Our vehicles are highly customized luxury executive vehicles maintained to the highest standards. Clients and passengers are expected to treat all vehicles, equipment, and interiors with care and respect at all times.
The client who made the booking accepts full financial responsibility for any damage caused during the service period, including but not limited to:
Any repair, replacement, restoration, or professional cleaning costs resulting from such damage will be charged to the client responsible for the booking.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products.
Failure to comply may result in:
Alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is permitted only when expressly authorized by the company and strictly in accordance with Portuguese law.
Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages inside our vehicles.
Excessive intoxication, disorderly behavior, or conduct that compromises safety, cleanliness, or passenger comfort may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs, staff, and other passengers at all times.

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the service immediately if passenger behavior compromises safety or professionalism.
Clients are responsible for respecting the agreed booking schedule.
Additional waiting time beyond the agreed service period may be subject to additional charges.
For airport transfers, reasonable flight monitoring and waiting periods may be provided depending on the booking agreement.
All passengers must wear seat belts whenever required by law.
The company is not responsible for injuries or consequences resulting from a passenger's failure to comply with applicable safety regulations.
Clients and passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items, the company cannot guarantee responsibility for items left inside the vehicle.
